Digital Season Tickets are sent out once to Season Ticket Holders. The pass should not be deleted from your mobile device.
Once downloaded onto your mobile device, your Season Ticket will automatically update with details of the next fixture, seven days before kick-off.
If your Season Ticket hasn't automatically updated for the next Premier League fixture, please consult the Troubleshooting section below.

Cough is right very poor from our club, when this kicked off we were told tickets would update automatically. For every match I have had to go back to the original email and add the ticket again to the wallet to get it updated. This is not a doddery problem or a tekky problem, it is a shambles.
btw FC is well teched up, having helped out many on here with laptop problems

I just received my email with ticket on today. Been the first time I've had an emailed ticket this season. Would suggest there's a problem with some NFC tickets updating.

After I had forwarded my ticket to a friend I have not received either the emails or updates on the phone and have had to log on and email myself the ticket again.
My friend has received anything either, so it hasn't been going to him. Could be the system isn't that great.

Oioi - yes you can withdraw the ticket for sale if it hasn't been sold. You should then ne able to either download it or forward it to some in your network. I've done that before.

I've got a question about ticket exchange. Does anyone know if a ticket you have decided to sell on ticket exchange can be reclaimed before it is sold if you change your mind? Can't find the answer on the official site.
